A Breath of Fresh Summer Air for Solisco, Culture and Organization Gets a New Director

Quebec City, July 11, 2019 – Ms. Marie-Claude Laberge, Solisco’s VP Operations, Culture and Organization is proud to announce the appointment of Mr. François-Nicolas Carrier as Culture and Organization Director.
Following studies in industrial relations, political science and psychology, Mr. Carrier worked for more than 20 years in the fields of transportation and mining and has had the opportunity to further his career in the capacity of human resources manager and senior industrial relations advisor. Mr. Carrier has substantial experience in organizational development, skills development, staffing, labour relations, health, safety and wellness, and HR and organizational strategies. His commitment also extends to his activities as a mentor in collaboration with Université Laval and as a recognized coach under the national health network leadership development program.
Mr. Carrier is also and especially a man with a heart of gold who shares with Ms. Laberge a deep respect for leadership focused on fostering a spirit of collaboration, recognition of the various strengths of his people, taking a real interest in everyone, the emergence of talents as well as operational excellency. They are both convinced that the success and growth of an organization depend on the development and commitment of the people who work for it.
