Account Executive

Job Summary

Develop and maintain a client portfolio by offering a comprehensive range of printing solutions and a wealth of compatible services that will help clients reach their business objectives.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop an annual business plan in line with the company’s objectives
  • Understand and analyze the client’s value chain, needs and expectations
  • Coordinate sales efforts in cooperation with the company’s internal resources
  • Advise current and potential clients on best industry practices and support them in achieving their business objectives
  • Develop presentations adapted to each client
  • Create integrated service proposals that are profitable for the company and meet client needs
  • Present our products and services to current and potential clients
  • Maintain and nurture business relationships with current clients
  • Support business development by closely monitoring new markets, attending networking activities and organizing meetings with potential clients
  • Conduct follow-ups and draw up the necessary reports and reviews
Required Skills
  • Experience in sales or other pertinent experience
  • Bachelor’s in administration, business management, marketing, communications, graphics or a related field
  • Strong customer service, needs analysis, and negotiating skills
  • Driven by results and developing business and partnerships
  • Perseverant and persuasive
  • Bilingual (French and English)
  • Excellent spoken and written communication skills
  • Must have a driver’s license and own a car (travel required)
  • Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite

Press Feeder

Job Summary

Reporting to the Pressman, the Press Feeder involved in the production of printed projects. He adjusts and operates the peripheral equipment of the press and helps ensure efficient production and quality. He participate in the maintenance of the press.

Main Responsibilities

 

Required Skills
  • Diploma in printing, production equipment operation, mechanical, electronic or equivalent experience (we offer a professional training program exclusively for our employees who wish to study and get a diploma while working)
  • Initiative, autonomy and mechanical sense
  • Be available to work on a schedule of three shifts of twelve hours per week
